Buying swimsuits, kaftans and resortwear online can be tricky. That's why we offer No Fuss Free Returns on any item sold at Sequins and Sand. We've been doing it for years and always will. We will Refund as well, unless the item is a Clearance item. It's about making sure that every customer is happy and that they love their Sequins and Sand experience.

Returns: At Sequins and Sand, we offer Free Returns. Yep, that's right! Our Reply Paid facility means we pay for the return postage for items you send back to us whether it's for a swap or a refund. Details on how to do this will be sent in the accompanying Returns Slip that is packed with your order. If for some reason that doesn't happen, the details can always be found here on our website under the Returns section.

This has been our policy for years and will continue to be because we know that buying online can be a bit 'hit and miss' at times. In the vast majority of cases our customers get it right the first time. If a swap is required, we find that in 90% of cases, after one swap, the right size or style is found and our girls are happy with the result. How do we know? They tell us as we work together to get it right.

Refunds: For those times when despite the best efforts to size or style swap, the answer is for both of us to cut our losses and start a fresh another day, a Refund is given. If we have stuffed up and an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will Refund you in full (including postage paid) if you can't find anything else that takes your fancy. If on the other hand, you're returning an item because it's not for you and you want a Refund, we will Refund you the cost of the item only, and not the postage.

If an item is a Clearance item, it means we have marked it down to a rock bottom price because we'd like to lovingly wave it goodbye. If you are not happy with your Clearance item, we will swap it for an alternative size if we have it in stock and yes, the return postage is on us!
