Cossies. Rashies. Chrissie!
As we head into the hot summer holidays, I thought we'd focus on protecting our skin as we go about enjoying our beach and pool days.

Fit Tip Of The Week
Getting into sleeved cossies with a zip can be challenging if you have a 'tricky' shoulder or scarring across your top half. Consider a sleeved style without a zip if that sounds like it could be a problem for you. Remember, a wet cossie is harder to get off than a dry one!
