Midlife Unfiltered – The Season of Me is a podcast about choosing yourself in midlife and beyond. While it can be tumultuous at times, midlife does not mean irrelevance! Nor does it mean it's all down hill, watching as the clock ticks by. It's a time for deep self-acceptance, self-expression and peeling back the conditioning that tells us otherwise.
Join Erica Webb and me (along with special guests) as we explore what life beyond the midpoint can look like. Enter the the season of 'me' where prioritising your joy, embracing your body and continuing to discover you take centre stage.
