Disruption. The definition of midlife, right?
Those disruptions are both internal (hello changing hormone levels) and external (changes in roles, for instance) but one thing's for sure: disruption can be hard.
So, we're here to talk about it!
We're kicking off Season 2 of Midlife Unfiltered and we've called it The Disruption. In the first part of this season, it's all about those internal disruptions of midlife - the menopause transition being just one of those.
This is Midlife Unfiltered - a podcast about unapologetically embracing the Season of Me. We're thrilled you're joining us for Season 2.
In this episode, join us - co hosts Anita McLachlan and Erica Webb - as we chat about The Disruption and what you can expect to hear during the season. That includes episodes about:
- The Menopause Transition - where we hear from a number of women's health experts and everyday women.
- The psychology and mental health of midlife
- Stress, Body Image and Sleep.
The emphasis this season is on being one's own health advocate and navigating the complexities of midlife with an open heart and mind. And, of course, on starting conversations.
Mentioned in this episode:
