It was love at first sight when we spied this awesome hand made swimwear brand from Queensland. Poppy is a talent and a craftsperson, making with love, each and every swimsuit in her range. With styles that cater from an A cup for you and your teenage, this range fills a gap in the Sequins and Sand offering very nicely. "Something Different"is what we love about it and we've seen a lot of swimsuits in our time :)
Poppy created Tall Poppy Surf out of the desire for stylish looking and better fitting swimwear that's practical for surfing. Yep. you heard it. Surfing! And in doing so, offers Sun Safe, stay on options for women and teenagers.
With a strong retro vibe, her prints are her own. The fabric she uses is Environmentally Ethical made from re-cycled materials offering UPF50+ sun protection. The prints are magical. In a colour palette that is summer fresh and simply stunning.
They feel heavenly on. And so easy to slip on over bikinis. You see, Poppy's surf suits are fully lined but don't have any bust support in them. A simple tie behind at the neck contributing to the easy on and off design.
But she does make Bikini's to wear under; again, lined but not padded. If you are after more support then grab one from the Capriosca Range here to wear under.
Custom Made AND...yep, there is more to love about this label. Because they are hand made with love, Poppy is able to make to your measurements and in any print and plain colour combo that you like! She just needs a couple of weeks to do that. What a wonderful gift for someone too!
